By accessing or using the PlayRen platform ("play.ren.bd"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. Some content may be restricted to users 18 and older.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with other users' use of the Service; (d) distribute malware or harmful code; (e) circumvent access controls or usage limits; (f) use automated tools to access the Service without permission. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayRen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Games streamed through the Service are owned by their respective developers and publishers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game availability depends on partner libraries and may change without notice. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayRen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
