1. Overview

PlayRen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and partners to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid takedown notices.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users or partners who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
