1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and isn't permitted when using the PlayRen cloud gaming platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with systems, servers, or networks not intended for your use
- Exploit vulnerabilities, perform port scans, or conduct penetration testing without written authorization
- Use game containers for any purpose other than playing the assigned game (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, hosting services, running bots)
- Distribute, upload, or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication controls, or access restrictions
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
- Upload, stream, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene (beyond the games provided), or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute game files from the streaming containers
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service
3. Resource Usage
Cloud gaming containers are shared resources. Excessive or abusive usage that degrades the experience for other users is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: intentionally keeping idle sessions running, launching excessive concurrent sessions, or manipulating session timers.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of account access
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement if applicable
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior warning for serious violations.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@play.ren.bd or through a support ticket.
